Launched in 2011, Phantom Rent Car started from the passion for luxury vehicles and a desire to bring our vision for premium car rental that steps outside the box. Our founder Khaled Akl saw a market opportunity to deliver luxury with impeccable customer service. Inspired by a passion for the automotive sector and an ambition to deliver world-class consumer experiences, Phantom Hire Car came into being.
Our story is one of continuous growth and development. From our simple beginnings, we quickly gained a perfect reputation, which allowed us to expand our reach. In 2020, we opened new branches in Dubai at the Rixos Premium Hotel in JBR and Rixos The Palm Hotel & Suites. The same year saw the opening of two more branches in Abu Dhabi at Rixos Marina Hotel and Rixos Premium Saadiyat Island. We carefully selected each location to ensure the best and easiest experience for our customers.
We opened our new headquarters in Dubai Al Barsha at the Holiday Inn Al Barsha. It serves as an operational hub due to its centralized and ideal location, providing better reach whilst offering efficient services.
As we travelled our journey, we maintained our motto of luxury service with customer satisfaction. Our fleet consisted of the newest models from some of best name brands such as Rolls Royce, Bentley, Ferrari and Lamborghini among others.
